What do you get when you combine an indulgent theatre director, his self-obsessed wife with a roving eye, a maid leading a double life and a Korean producer out for revenge. A huge party of course! But not just any party…..it’s a party thrown by the Japanese mediamogul Mr.Orlofsky, and everyone is invited…or at least everybody thinks they are.

You are cordially invited to join New Opera Singapore in their brand new production of the most famous operetta of all time, Johann Strauss Jr’s Die Fledermaus.

Set in contemporary Singapore this production is directed by acclaimed Korean director Kim Sook Young, featuring an ensemble of some of the finest young singers from Singapore and the region with accompaniment from the New Opera Singapore Orchestra and Chorus led by music director Chan Wei Shing.

With its string of hit tunes, madcap comedy, misunderstood disguises and overflowing champagne this is sure to be the party of the year!

(Performed in English)
